We stand behind Fruit Fly Defense. If it's not working for you, we don't want your money.
Here's the deal: if you're not happy with your Fruit Fly Defense order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund your full purchase price. No forms. No restocking fees. You don't even need to return the product — keep it or toss it.
What qualifies
- You used the product as directed and didn't see results.
- You changed your mind.
- It wasn't the right fit for your situation.
- Honestly, any reason. We'd rather lose a sale than lose your trust.
How to request a refund
Email donny@fruitflydefense.com with:
- Your order number
- The email address you used at checkout
- A quick note (optional, but we read every one and use your feedback to improve the product)
What happens next
We'll process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your email. The refund goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the funds will appear in your account within another 2–10 business days.
A few reasonable limits
- One refund per customer per 12-month period. If something genuinely went wrong on a second order, email us anyway — we're not robots, and we'll figure it out.
- Wholesale, commercial, and enterprise orders (restaurants, hotels, bulk accounts) are handled under separate account terms, not this policy.
- We reserve the right to deny refunds where we reasonably suspect fraud or repeated abuse.
Subscribe & Save orders
If you're on a Subscribe & Save subscription and want a refund on your most recent subscription order, the same 30-day window applies from that specific order's delivery date. Refunds do not apply retroactively to earlier subscription charges. To pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time, log into your account or email donny@fruitflydefense.com.
Damaged or incorrect shipments
If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong product, email donny@fruitflydefense.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll ship a replacement at no charge — no refund needed.
